A smoothie is the best and the easiest way to have fruits and vegetables in you daily busy routine diet. It is a beverage made by pureeing fruits and vegetables along with other ingredients like protein powder, non-dairy milk, super foods, nuts or nutritional supplements.
Here I am sharing 3 – healthy smoothie recipes with you all which you may include in your daily diet. These are quick and easy to make with very few available at home ingredients. These smoothies are tasty liked by all age groups and are a great immunity booster and perfect for weight loss.

Ingredients:
Apple Beetroot smoothie:
Carrot (diced) – ½ cup
Beetroot (diced) – ¼ cup
Apple (diced) – 1 cup
Ginger – ½ inch
Water (chilled) – ½ glass
Honey – according to taste
Orange Smoothie:
Carrot (diced) – ½ cup
Pineapple (fresh) – 1 cup
Orange (deseeded) – 1 cup
Black salt – 1 tsp
Honey – according to taste
Water (chilled) – ½ glass
Green smoothie:
Kiwi - 1 cup
Apple (diced) – 1 cup
Cucumber (diced) – 1 cup
Mint leaves - 7-8
Ginger – ½ inch
Black salt – 1 tsp
Honey – according to taste
Water (chilled) – ½ glass
How To Make Smoothie:
1. Apple Beetroot Smoothie: Add all the ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend it until you get a smooth puree.
3. Pour into a glass.
4. Garnish with apple slice.
5. Orange Smoothie: Add all the ingredients into a blender.
6. Blend it until you get a smooth puree.
7. Pour into a glass.
8. Garnish with pineapple slices.
9. Green Smoothie: Add all the ingredients into a blender.
10. Blend it until you get a smooth puree.
11. Pour into a glass.
12. Garnish with mint leaves and kiwi slice.

Some Pro Tips:
1. Always use fresh fruits and vegetables for the optimum taste.
2. Use chilled water or ice to retain the color of fruits and vegetables.
3. Add black salt and honey according to taste. You may choose to omit it as well.
4. You may use kale or spinach leaves instead of kiwi.
5. If you wish to carry it along choose an insulated container and shake well before consuming.
