It is a Wintertime! December time! And hence, Christmas time!! A time to get together with your family in a cozy drawing room and enjoy the fruits of festive shopping, nostalgic stories, and delicious food topped with an exciting exchange of gifts and promises.

Another way to make it more beautiful would be to gift your loved one's decadent, gooey, home-baked brownies
Exciting!!
Hence, I present to you a recipe for an extremely delectable, gooey, and rich batch of chocolate chips and caramel brownies.
Read it to the last to get some pro tips.
Ingredients:
APF/Maida – 11/2cup
Cocoa powder - 1/4cup + 2tbsp
Baking powder – 1/2tsp
Salt – 1tsp
Sugar – 3/4cup
Brown sugar – 1/2cup
Oil – 3/4cup
Eggs – 3
Vanilla essence – 1/2tbsp
Water – 1/3cup
Melted dark chocolate - 50gms (optional)
Caramel – 1/2cup (Click here for the recipe of Caramel Sauce)
Chocolate chips(unsweetened) – 1/2cup
Materials Required for Baking:
· Measuring cups
· Measuring spoons
· Baking pan 8”×8”
How to Bake Brownie:
1. In a large mixing bowl, add water, sugar, and brown sugar, whisk them well until sugar almost dissolves in water.
2. Add oil, eggs, vanilla essence (and melted dark chocolate) to the mixture, whisk well until well combined.
3. In another small bowl together sieve APF/Maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
4. Mix this dry mixture in batches in the wet mixture.
5. Stir well until well combined.
6. Add chocolate chips to the mixture.
7. In a pre-lined baking pan pour half of the mixture.
8. Drop caramel at equal spaces on this mixture and spread with the help of a toothpick to make patterns.
9. Add the remaining batter to it.
10. Sprinkle a little salt on it.
11. Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180°C/350°F for 35-40 minutes.
12. Cut it when a little cool and enjoy it topped with Vanilla Ice Cream.

Some Pro Tips:
1. Always pre-line your baking pan before starting the process.
2. All the ingredients should be at room temperature.
3. Use powdered sugar/castor sugar.
4. If you do not have brown sugar replace it with white sugar.
5. If you do not want to use eggs replace them with powdered flax seeds or buttermilk or mashed banana.
6. Ratio:
· 1 Egg = 1tbsp powdered flax seeds + 3tbsp of water OR
· 1 Egg = 1/4cup buttermilk OR
· 1 Egg = ½ mashed banana
7. You can use butter instead of oil.
8. Use odorless oil only.
9. Do not overmix the batter.
10. Do not forget to sprinkle some salt on the batter, it will add to the taste and take your brownies to another level.
